Cycle repairs, upgrades and servicing are the core product offerings based out of retail premises.

We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager with bicycle mechanic experience along with excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about cycling and have a positive knowledge about the cycling industry. Must be numerate, excellent organisation skills and a good communicator.

You will be expected to complete the following tasks on a typical work day:

- Organise workshop rota
- maintain stock levels, review and update POS
- managing staff rota
- establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers
- Bike servicing & repairs
- Diagnosing technical bike faults
- Refurbishment & rebuild of bikes




- Maintaining a clean and tidy workshop
- Sales of Bikes, Accessories and parts
- Customer Servicing
