Role: Siebel Architect

Location: Toronto, ON (Remote)

Responsibilities

Design, architect, develop, and enhance Siebel CRM applications.

Define Siebel architecture and provide technical direction for configuration, customization, and development.

Lead Siebel configuration across Business Components, Applets, Workflows, and Views.

Provide hands-on technical expertise in Siebel eScript, Open UI, and scripting frameworks.

Design and support Siebel integrations using EAI, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and EIM.

Analyze technical issues and provide solutions for troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.

Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Siebel solutions.

Provide technical guidance throughout the SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills

14+ years of experience with Siebel CRM.

Solid hands-on experience with Siebel Tools, Configuration, and Scripting.

Expertise in Open UI, Workflows, EAI, and EIM.

Strong understanding of Siebel architecture and data model.

Experience with Siebel integrations and databases, including SQL/PLSQL.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
