Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented installers to join our team as siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, shingle, and metal roofing specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of exterior building components that enhance both the appearance and durability of residential and commercial properties. If you have your own vehicle you are entitled to gas compensation on a weekly basis in addition to your hourly wage. Payment is made every 2 weeks Saturday. Wage will be discussed immediately upon starting the job.

We do not hold a weeks pay. You will be paid at the end of the 2 weeks for the hours that were worked. Looking for a person to stay on a contract for minimum 3 months. Must have all certificates valid and available.

No drugs, no alcohol or substances permitted. Must have own PPE and basic tools.

Responsibilities

- Measure and prepare surfaces for installation of siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, shingles, and metal roofing materials
- Use hand tools and power tools to accurately cut, shape,



and install exterior building components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise installation
- Perform heavy lifting of materials safely to meet project requirements
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure weatherproofing and long-lasting finishes
- Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to meet company standards
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

- Experience with hand tools, construction work, or carpentry is highly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions accurately
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and weatherproofing methods
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work
- Prior handyman experience or general construction background is a plus
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and basic construction principles
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
