Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various fixtures, components, and systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Prior handyman experience and familiarity with blueprint reading are highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine installation requirements.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform installations accurately and safely..
- Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Troubleshoot installation issues in office and make necessary adjustments or repairs.

Requirements Knowledge of Maibec experience is valuable.





5 years minimum experience is a must in siding installing and or general construction.

Proven experience with construction, carpentry, or handyman work is preferred.

Aluminum work, including brake, sofits and fascia - valued skills.

Must be comfortable with heights.

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various physical positions for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus for transportation between job sites.
- Prior experience with caulking and sealing is advantageous but not mandatory. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a professional team dedicated to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
