CiviCorp Excavation Inc. is a growing civil construction contractor specializing in excavation, earthworks, and site development across Nova Scotia. We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead our field crews and keep daily operations running safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise field crews on excavation and civil construction sites.
- Plan and coordinate daily work, crews, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification and quality standards.
- Enforce all company safety policies and Nova Scotia Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
- Communicate with the Superintendent and crews, and maintain daily site records.
- Mentor and develop crew members, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

- Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience, including crew supervision or equivalent leadership.
- Experience across excavation, earthworks,



underground utilities, or site development.
- Solid leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Safety certifications such as Standard First Aid, WHMIS, or supervisor training are an asset.
