Job Overview

We are expanding and are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Foreman to lead construction projects from start to finish. In this vital role, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, uphold safety protocols, and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align resources and timelines effectively
- Enforce strict safety standards and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a protected working environment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide onsite activities
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 to track progress, manage schedules, and update project documentation
- Oversee quality control measures,

- Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, storage, and waste disposal
- Assist in budgeting tasks by monitoring costs and identifying potential overruns early

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in construction projects with a solid understanding of site operations
- Strong proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other industry tools
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures on construction sites
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Skilled in budgeting, resource planning, and cost management for construction projects
- Effective communicator with leadership skills capable of managing diverse teams and resolving onsite issues efficiently
