FLINT Corp. in Canada is seeking a Site Manager to lead operations on client sites, report to the District Manager, and oversee the Embedded Workforce Supply Group.

You will develop policies, manage budgets and P&L;, and drive protected, high-quality project execution. The role requires a Journeyperson/Bachelor in trades or engineering, 10+ years in oil and gas or heavy industry, 5-10 years of supervisory experience, and strong MS Office skills.
