Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with experience in drywall and steel framing. The right person will lead construction projects from start to finish. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, stays on budget, and meets high-quality standards. This role involves managing workers on-site, working with subcontractors, and keeping everyone informed.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily work on the job site and follow safety rules and company guidelines.
- Use project software like ProCore to track work and keep records.
- Help manage the project budget and control costs.
- Read and understand blueprints and construction plans.
- Check work to make sure it meets quality standards.
- Work with project managers to plan project timelines and estimates.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to get materials on time.
- Keep daily records of job progress.




- Support and train on-site staff and encourage teamwork.

Requirements
- Experience supervising drywall and steel framing projects.
- Able to use construction management software.
- Can read and understand blueprints.
- Knows how to check for quality in construction work.
- Good communication skills to work with teams, clients, and others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
