Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This position is responsible for overseeing daily construction site operations, including coordinating trades, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Supervisor will manage site safety, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations. The role involves communicating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, resolving site issues, and maintaining accurate documentation such as site reports and logs.

Supervisor will also support planning activities,
assist with material and equipment coordination, and help ensure that company procedures and best practices are consistently followed on site.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising construction sites, with strong skills in site coordination, scheduling, and resource management.
- Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with project teams, trades, and clients.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve issues on site, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Competence in basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and construction-related software is an asset.
- Previous experience in commercial construction supervision in the Greater Toronto Area or similar markets is preferred.
- Relevant education or training in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites within the Greater Toronto Area as needed.
