Job Summary
Join our dynamic Landscape construction team , We do all aspects of the trade from rough grade to final grade ,tree install, topsoiling building trails and retaining walls
Duties
- Operate skid steer loaders with precision to perform tasks such as grading, excavation, loading, and material handling across diverse construction sites
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal functioning and safety compliance
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors to execute tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Support other construction activities by utilizing mechanical knowledge for minor repairs or adjustments on machinery when necessary
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and operational reports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project progression
Requirements
- Proven experience operating skid steer loaders in a construction environment; familiarity with other heavy equipment
- mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification for transporting equipment or materials when required
- Ability to read technical manuals and safety instructions clearly and follow them diligently
- Construction experience demonstrating familiarity with site safety standards and best practices
