Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Skilled Laborer to join our energetic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing a wide range of construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help bring building visions to life, from foundational work to finishing touches, contributing directly to the success of each project.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as framing, concrete forming, masonry, and demolition.
- Assist with concrete finishing, tile laying, flooring installation, and masonry work to achieve precise results.
- Support carpentry tasks including cabinet installation, framing, and general woodwork.
- Perform construction painting, caulking, plumbing, electrical work, and restoration activities as needed.




- Measure materials and estimate quantities for various construction tasks in collaboration with project managers.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while maintaining a clean and organized work site.

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of building processes and safety procedures.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Hands-on experience with carpentry, masonry, welding, electrical systems, plumbing, and concrete finishing.
- Familiarity with the operation of heavy equipment such as forklifts or excavators is a plus.
- Ability to use various hand tools and power tools proficiently across multiple trades.
- Knowledge of restoration techniques and tile or flooring installation is desirable.
- Prior experience working on diverse projects that require adaptability and attention to detail.
