We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Labourer to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be actively engaged in a variety of hands-on construction, maintenance, and site preparation tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling structures or components under supervision
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing materials, holding ladders, or assisting with measurements and layout work
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by removing waste, securing tools, and ensuring safety standards are met at all times




- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately to ensure a safe working environment for everyone

Requirements

- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions with stamina and strength
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures at all times
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and demonstrate reliability in completing assigned duties
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety standards relevant to construction sites is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license may be required depending on job location and project needs
