Noront Steel Ltd. is a full service steel fabrication firm specializing in the manufacture of structural steel, plate work and miscellaneous steel. Noront Steel projects include institutional, commercial, industrial, architectural and residential steel fabrication.

Duties:

Hoisting & Rigging Experience is a must

Be able to use various power tools such as an Angle grinder

Material Handling, lift up to 50 lbs

Must be able to read a tape measure, and good communication skills.

Capable of doing local pick up and drop offs of supplies/materials (Driver's license mandatory)

General:

Experience working in a steel fabrication shop (a plus)

All members of Noront’s team are expected to ensure safe work practices, wear appropriate PPE at all times; and have valuable communication skills.





Ensure safe work practices are adhered to and appropriate PPE is worn at all times.

Must be hard working, self-motivated, take direction, a team player with a willingness to learn.
