Position Overview: General Duties

We're seeking motivated individuals ready to contribute to various construction and sealant application tasks. Responsibilities include:

- Removal, installation, and replacement of caulking-interior and exterior, across industrial, commercia,



and residential sites
- Application and removal of liquid-applied and general coatings
- Concrete surface refinishing and restoration
- Installation of firestop systems
- General construction tasks such as assembly, decommissioning, repair and replacement of materials (wood, metal, flooring, mortar, brick and block)
- Performing general labour in support of construction operations

Qualifications

- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Physically able to lift and carry 20 lbs or more
- Comfortable working at heights
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professionalism when interacting with coworkers and clients

Working Conditions
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Some evening, weekend and travel work may be required based on project needs.
