Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers and deliver professional and friendly exceptional service exceeding customer expectations.

- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and performing required repairs on various devices such as Smartphones, MacBooks, PCs, iPads, tablets and gaming devices that meet or exceed our quality standards.

- Test, analyze, diagnose, and repair all existing and incoming Devices and Parts/Components to ensure devices are fully functional.

- Ability to perform microscope soldering involving surface mount, fine pitch, integrated circuits and multi- conductor connectors.

- Repair devices in the expected time frame.

- Ensuring to converting the conversation into an prospect for a sale or store re-visit

- Being professional,



friendly and courteous while answering phone calls.

- Record and update all entries in Point of sale and track and maintain store inventory.

Requirements:

- Minimum High School graduate, minimum 3 + years of experience working in a cellular repair environment with strong technical background

- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, ability to work independently and manage time.

- Flexible, fast learner with the ability to multitask

- Must have the ability to appropriately handle sensitive or confidential information.

- Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
