KNOCK & ROCK UPGRADES LTD. is looking for a creative, motivated, and organized Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, basic knowledge of social media marketing, and an interest in construction, renovation, and home improvement. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, and showcasing our projects and services to potential clients.

Key Duties

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and post engaging content related to our construction and renovation projects.
- Take photos and videos of completed and ongoing projects.
- Create Reels, short videos, stories, posts, and promotional content.
- Edit basic photos and videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
- Write professional captions and respond to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media engagement, inquiries, and potential leads.
- Coordinate with the office and site team to collect project photos, videos, and updates.
- Maintain a regular social media posting schedule.
- Promote company services, completed projects, promotions, and client testimonials.
- Track basic social media performance and prepare simple reports.
- Research current social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Maintain a professional and consistent company brand across all platforms.

- Strong English communication and writing skills.




- Creative thinking and the ability to develop new content ideas.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content-creation tools.
- Good photography and video-recording skills using a smartphone.
- Ability to write professional captions and communicate with clients online.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and advertising.
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to organize photos, videos, and digital files.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in social media, marketing, construction, renovation, real estate, or a related field is an asset.
