Job Summary

We are a growing e-commerce brand preparing to expand our presence across social media and are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Creator to help us build our online presence, grow our audience, and drive sales.

You will primarily focus on Instagram and TikTok, creating engaging content and helping establish a consistent, recognizable presence across our social channels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and strategic sides of social media and wants the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a growing business.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative social media content for Instagram and TikTok
- Create and edit short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos, and graphics
- Develop creative concepts, content ideas, hooks, captions, and calls-to-action
- Research current social media trends and identify opportunities to adapt them to the brand
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar
- Establish a consistent and engaging visual style across social platforms
- Create content that builds brand awareness, engagement, community, and ultimately drives sales
- Assist with product launches, promotions, campaigns, and seasonal content
- Monitor social media performance and identify which content is generating the strongest results
- Use analytics and insights to continuously improve content and strategy
- Research competitors and identify opportunities to differentiate the brand




- Collaborate with the founders to develop new creative ideas and refine the overall social media strategy

Experience We are open to candidates with different levels of experience. A strong portfolio, creativity, and an understanding of what performs on social media are more important to us than a specific number of years of experience.

Students, recent graduates, freelancers, and experienced content creators are welcome to apply if they can demonstrate strong work and a good understanding of social media.

The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who wants to do more than simply create and schedule posts. We want a creative partner who can help us build an audience, establish a strong brand presence, and turn social media into a meaningful sales channel.
