We are seeking an experienced, motivated Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, this role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable web and mobile applications that power our operations and support future growth. This role is a great fit for someone who’s comfortable working across the full stack from Angular frontend down to .NET Core services.

What You’ll Do

- Work directly with product and design to turn requirements into working software
- Build and maintain features across Angular (TypeScript) front ends and .NET Core APIs
- Contribute to mobile application development and maintenance
- Participate in code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback
- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development practices to continuously improve systems and processes
- Support on-call rotation after-hours

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of professional software development experience with production web platforms
- Solid TypeScript and Angular (v18+)

- Strong C# and .NET Core skills
- Cloud development experience, preferably with AWS
- Comfortable with git workflows, CI/CD pipelines and working in an agile team
- Growth mindset – you’re a continuous learner, you ask questions instead of guessing, and you flag risk early

Nice to Have

- Experience with .NET MAUI, or Xamarin background
- Experience with NoSQL databases

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage overlapping projects and priorities

Working Conditions

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to production incidents after hours
- Occasional weekend work may be required depending on project needs
