Software Engineering Manager (100% On-Site in Mississauga, ON) I am partnering with a premier leader in the manufacturing sector to find a senior, hands‑on Software Engineering Manager (Player‑Coach). Our client is a stable, rapidly expanding organization with a growing, largely "greenfield" technical environment. You will lead a small, talented development team while remaining deeply involved in full‑stack coding.

Travel: Occasional travel to offices in Brampton and Windsor.

Compensation: $110,000 – $160,000 CAD (based on experience) + up to 20% annual performance‑based bonus. Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using C#, .NET Core, and React/Next.js .

Database & Cloud Management: Optimize SQL Server databases and manage cloud integrations using Azure (Logic Apps, Data Factory).

AI/ML Integration: Utilize AI/ML technologies for data modeling and visualization to create intelligent, data‑driven solutions.

Agile Advocacy: Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives) to ensure continuous,



iterative delivery.

Experience: 10+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a hands‑on technical leadership or managerial role.

Backend & Frontend: Advanced expertise in C# / .NET Core paired with strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js .

Data & Cloud: Strong expertise in SQL Server (T‑SQL, performance tuning) and professional experience with Azure. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience. A background within a manufacturing or industrial workplace is highly preferred for this role.
