FireFly Solar is hiring a Solar Sales Representative in Edmonton, Alberta. This commission-only role pays $0.20 per watt, about $1,400 per average funded install, with historical earnings from around $70,000 to $115,000 plus a year. You knock doors in Edmonton and book solar consultations for our senior closers. You need to be authorized to work in Canada and comfortable earning on commission.

Who You Are:

- You like being paid for what you produce, not for hours on a clock.
- You can knock a stranger's door and stay warm after a few people say no.
- You take pride in being coachable and putting feedback to work the next day.
- You bring work authorization in Canada, fluent English, availability evenings and weekends Monday to Saturday, and comfort with door knocking, cold calling, and social selling on commission.

Who We Are:

- FireFly Solar sells residential solar to homeowners across Edmonton and the surrounding area.
- You start as a Setter, booking consultations for senior Solar Educators who close the deals.
- We provide onboarding, scripts, field training, and daily coaching, and promote from Setter to Closer to Team Lead on performance.





What You Will Do Each Day:

- Join a daily noon team meeting for training and your territory assignment.
- Knock doors in assigned Edmonton neighborhoods from early afternoon to about 8 pm.
- Talk with homeowners about solar, qualify the interested ones, and book in-home consultations in the CRM.
- Collect site photos of the roof, panel, and meter, then upload details for proposals.
