Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solar Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance. Your hands-on expertise will help homeowners maximize their solar investment while promoting clean energy practices.

Duties

- Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, inspection, and related technical work as assigned
- Handle full solar installations, solar system construction, main panel upgrades, service upgrades, sub-panel installations, and other project-based work as separately assigned
- Compensation for project-based work is determined separately (fixed project fee, piece rate, per-watt rate, or unit rate, as agreed)

Preferred (Not Required):

➕ Experience in solar, roofing, or construction

➕ Basic understanding of electrical systems

➕ CPR/First Aid Certification
