**Job Title: Solution Architect - CRM / IBM Maximo (Intermediate)

Location: Toronto, ON (HYBRID)

Duration: 11+ Months** Client: Public Sector

Seeking a Solution Architect / IBM Maximo Technical SME with 10+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or enterprise architecture. The candidate will lead technical architecture, solution design, Maximo implementations/upgrades, integrations, cloud transformation, testing, and production transition.

Must-Have Skills

- 10+ years of experience with IBM Maximo / Work Order Management systems .
- Robust hands-on experience with Maximo 7.6 / 7.6.1.2 and MAS 9.1 .
- Expertise in Work Order, Asset Management, Preventive/Corrective Maintenance, Configuration, Scripting, Reporting, and integrations .
- Experience with Maximo upgrades, development, configuration, and ERP/system integrations .
- Strong Cloud transformation experience with public/private Cloud, IaC, and software-defined infrastructure .
- Technical architecture, solution design, functional/technical documentation, business process mapping, and requirements.
- Experience in technical consulting/advisory ,



preferably within utilities/public sector .
- Experience with data migration, conversion, interfaces, testing, defect management, and RCA .
