We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team, with a strong focus on UiPath and automation solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, guide, and deliver end-to-end automation and AI-enabled solutions.

This is a client-facing role that sits at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and pre-sales, ensuring that proposed solutions are both technically sound and executable in real-world environments.

Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, aligned with business and technical requirements
- Define architecture, standards, and reusable frameworks for automation and AI-enabled solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans
- Lead the lifecycle of solutions from discovery through design, development, testing, and deployment
- Provide technical oversight to development teams,



including guidance and code reviews
- Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, client presentations, and proposal input
- Contribute to shaping new opportunities by aligning solutions with client needs
- Drive continuous improvement, scalability, and innovation across automation solutions

Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath as a developer
- 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role within RPA or automation
- Solid understanding of automation architecture, including UiPath best practices and framework design
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end automation solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured, practical technical solutions
- Experience working in client-facing environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience providing technical guidance or oversight to development teams

Nice To Have

- Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, or similar)
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or agentic automation concepts
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Background in software development or engineering
