We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our wellness facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of spa management. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing staff, and maintaining the overall quality standards of our spa services.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Manage and motivate staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory management, including product purchasing, stock control, and merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and tact
- Coordinate with vendors for purchasing supplies and maintaining equipment
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards




- Maintain organizational skills to ensure smooth shift management and store operations

Requirements

- Proven supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries; spa management experience preferred
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in negotiation, sales management, inventory control, and budgeting
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Skilled in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team with supervision experience in retail sales or store management roles
