- Coordinate operations and maintenance scheduling
- Lead the use and enhancement of the CMMS

- Manage external vendors and service agreements

- At least 7 years of operational facilities experience
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems
- Robust organizational skills for project management
- Technical certifications like Maintenance Management Professional preferred
