Aspen Grove Clinic is expanding and welcoming Specialist Physicians across a wide range of specialties to join our growing multidisciplinary medical centre in Medicine Hat.

We welcome inquiries from specialists including, but not limited to:

Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Psychiatry, General Surgery, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Respirology, Geriatric Medicine, and other medical and surgical specialties.

Our goal is simple: you focus on practicing medicine — we take care of the administrative side of running your practice.

Work Alongside an Established Primary Care Team

Specialists joining Aspen Grove Clinic will practice alongside our Family Care Nurse Practitioners, creating an integrated environment where primary and specialty care can work closely together.

This model provides opportunities for internal referrals, collaborative patient management, and continuity of care within the same clinic, while each physician remains fully independent in their clinical decision-making and practice.

For specialists looking to establish or grow a community practice, this provides the advantage of joining an existing medical centre with an established primary-care patient population rather than building completely from scratch.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome established specialists as well as physicians looking to build or expand their practice in Medicine Hat.

Applicants must be eligible for registration and independent practice with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) and meet applicable Alberta licensing and credentialing requirements.
