Senior Implementation Specialist, Payroll Job Overview As a Senior Implementation Specialist, Payroll you will be part of ADP’s agile Implementation team and will work at the forefront of delivering enterprise-level services such as Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Solutions to major and national accounts.
Responsibilities - Ensure quality implementation and adhere to ADP's Workforce Now methodology.
- Analyze, configure, and understand the client's time and attendance requirements to properly set up the client’s environment.
- Deliver training, testing, and validation sessions with the client prior to first go‑live.
- Oversee various accounts from project initiation through all phases of the implementation.
- Manage project risks and escalations to resolution.
- Provide timely follow‑up and resolution of open project‑related items.
- Ensure project task milestones and due dates are met.
- Drive customer satisfaction and strive for positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers and team members to achieve desired project results.
Required Qualifications - Post‑secondary education or related business experience.
- PCP certification (asset) or fundamental NPI courses.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll or a related field.
- Effective communication skills in both English and French, verbal and written.
- Proven experience working directly with clients.
- Exceptional client management and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently, resourceful, and a strong team player.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications - Skillful at organizing, scheduling, and leading effective meetings.
- Adept at multitasking, probing, analyzing, and solving problems.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong follow‑through.
