The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Advisor, Reliability Electrical to join our Reliability Team working on site in Thompson, Manitoba. Relocation will be required for this role. The role is a permanent position.

As a Senior Advisor, Reliability Electrical you will Work multi-functionally in the implementation of a reliability program, which encompasses systems, processes, procedures, standards, critical metrics, analysis, and your experience and skills will improve business value for fixed and mobile assets

About You Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or Journeyperson Electrician certification combined with significant heavy industrial reliability experience.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) and/or Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) certification are considered an asset

Experience:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, asset management, or operational excellence within mining, processing, smelting, or other heavy industrial environments.
- Experience with reliability tools (FMEA, Criticality analysis, etc.) developing asset service strategies and managing metrics such as available utilization, OEE, MTBF in a mining environment.
- SAP Experience preferred

Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Software skills in of MS Office products and CMMS systems (SAP).
