This is an opportunity to influence a broad digital ecosystem while contributing directly to customer engagement, brand visibility, and business growth.

Accountabilities:

- Build, maintain, and optimize responsive marketing websites, landing pages, campaign experiences, microsites, and related digital properties.
- Translate high-fidelity designs from Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud into polished, accessible, semantic, and responsive web experiences.
- Develop reusable front-end components, templates, and design patterns that improve consistency, scalability, and deployment speed.
- Configure and maintain WordPress environments, including custom themes, templates, plugins, CMS architecture, content workflows, PHP/MySQL, and security updates.
- Manage codebases through GitHub, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, deployments, and technical documentation.
- Use up-to-date front-end frameworks such as Astro and component-based styling approaches to deliver performant digital experiences.
- Troubleshoot, debug, refactor, and optimize existing or inherited codebases while maintaining reliability, accessibility, SEO, and performance.
- Support website deployments across development, staging, and production environments and help ensure stable post-launch experiences.
- Implement and maintain marketing measurement workflows, including analytics tagging, tracking pixels, and related digital marketing integrations.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, optimization, and experimentation.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, communications, product, analytics, engineering, IT, security, hosting partners,

and external agencies to deliver effective digital solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve development processes, website performance, accessibility, SEO, security, and the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

- 3–5+ years of hands-on web development experience, ideally within a marketing, creative, agency, corporate communications, brand, or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript, responsive design, semantic web development, and component-based workflows.
- Proven experience developing and managing WordPress websites, including custom themes, templates, plugins, PHP, MySQL, and CMS workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Astro or a comparable modern static or hybrid front-end framework.
- Strong knowledge of CSS technologies and methodologies such as Tailwind CSS, Sass, CSS Grid, and Flexbox.
- Experience with GitHub version control, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and multi-environment deployment processes.
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization, technical SEO, accessibility standards, security, and digital marketing site architecture.
- Experience translating visual designs into accurate, functional, and user-friendly web experiences.
- Familiarity with website analytics, tracking pixels, tagging, and marketing measurement workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted development tools such as OpenAI, Gemini, or GitHub Copilot to improve development speed and code quality.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, with the resourcefulness to work through unfamiliar or inherited codebases.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accessibility, performance, security, visual quality, and user experience.
- A portfolio, GitHub profile, or relevant examples of live websites, landing pages, front-end builds, or case studies is required.
- Experience in automotive, marketplace, B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven environments is an advantage.
- Additional experience with site reliability, cloud hosting, web security, advanced analytics, or platforms such as AWS, Cloudflare,

WP Engine, Netlify, or Vercel is a plus.

Benefits:

- Annual salary of $100,000–$125,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
- 100% remote work option within Canada or the United States, with hybrid opportunities available in select locations.
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits, with employer HSA contributions and FSA options for eligible US employees.
- RRSP with company match for eligible Canadian employees.
- Paid vacation, personal, and sick time.
- Paid maternity and paternity leave for eligible US employees.
- Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and AD&D; coverage for eligible US employees.
- Robust Employee Assistance Program and employee well-being support.

- Tuition reimbursement for eligible programs.
- Professional development opportunities to expand technical and digital skill sets.
- Opportunities to share expertise and collaborate across a global organization.
- Internal promotion opportunities, diverse career paths, and long-term advancement potential.
- Full-time position within a collaborative, technology-driven environment.
