Are you passionate about cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, generative AI, and ambient computing? The Amazon Alexa International team in Toronto is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the expansion of Alexa+ in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

- Define user needs and identify gaps, feature enhancements, and opportunities to grow the business
- Define creative, high-quality, straightforward product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in Canada across English and French locales
- Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories for product specifications and architecture
- Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and lead cross-functional teams to execute on priority initiatives
- Own the end-to-end customer experience for Alexa Canada across Echo, FireTV, and additional endpoints
- Track launches through every step — from experience review and packaging approval, to beta testing, leadership presentations, and customer launch
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load
- Continuously monitor customer experience performance, identify gaps and improvement areas, and build improvement plans
- Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market




- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience owning feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
- French fluency is mandatory — must speak, write, and read fluently in both French and English

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $115,800 – $193,400 CAD annually. Total compensation may include sign-on payments and RSUs. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life and AD&D;), RRSP, DPSP, paid time off, and wellness resources.
