*Qualifications • Bachelor degree in Engineering • P. Eng designation preferred • 5-7 years of Industrial/Manufacturing experience • Previous proven project management experience Note: This role is not suited for candidates with only project coordination, IT project management, or construction-only experience. *Responsibilities Project Execution • Manage the full lifecycle of selected key capital projects in the $50k to $5++M range • Prepare scope of work documents including design basis, major equipment specifications, and control requirements • Work with outside consultants as required to properly scope and deliver projects • Ensure the supervision, commissioning,



and start-up of capital projects • Monitor financial performance of projects throughout execution to ensure budgetary performance and effective management of scope change Project Reporting • Provide recurring reports on project status to key project stakeholders and the Executive Team • Document pproject outcomes, lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations for future projects Project Planning • Identify improvement opportunities and participate in developing and implementing best practices • Support short-term (1 year) and long-term (3-5 year) capital plan development
