Transform operational reliability as an Observability and DevOps Advisor with Intact. Focus on AI tools and CI/CD pipelines to improve cloud and on-premises infrastructure performance. In this crucial role within the SRE & Operational Intelligence team, you will support teams across production incidents and ensure a seamless adoption of observability platforms.
You will enhance existing documentation and training materials while leveraging artificial intelligence in our observability practices. This position requires your technical insights to design effective CI/CD pipelines and improve our service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate support during production incidents for teams
- Onboard current infrastructure to observability platforms
- Augment tools and practices related to observability
- Design CI/CD pipelines using Terraform effectively
- Develop and conduct training for team members Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in DevOps or related fields
- Proficient in designing CI/CD pipelines, especially with Terraform
- Bilingual in French and English
- Familiar with AI applications in development
