We have an immediate need for a short-term/caretaker SRE resource to bridge a gap between an existing team member leaving at the end of August and their permanent replacement starting.

The primary need is someone who can maintain our current level of application observability and incident support, including:

- Strong Dynatrace experience
- Application monitoring/alerting design and refinement
- Hands-on application investigation and root cause analysis when alerts trigger — not just infrastructure monitoring
- Ability to interpret issues across application flows, integrations/APIs and underlying infrastructure, and recommend the appropriate team/action
- Experience working in a production SRE/operations workplace
- Ideally, experience with Dynatrace AI/configuration capabilities
