- Define and drive the technical vision for DevOps and Software Quality Automation tooling across the software development lifecycle - Architect and evolve tooling connecting requirements, BTS generation, script generation, test execution, coverage feedback, and software quality reporting - Lead cross-functional initiatives improving test effectiveness, efficiency, traceability, and system-test readiness across ARTs and organizations - Design and implement scalable CI/CD and automation solutions - Support and influence the transition of System Testing into ART ownership - Establish workflows strengthening end-to-end traceability from requirements through validation outcomes - Align tooling roadmaps, priorities, and adoption strategies across engineering and platform organizations - Identify gaps in quality tooling, automation, and workflow integration and create practical solutions - Define, track, and influence KPIs for tool adoption, test coverage, signal effectiveness, CI/CD throughput, and quality outcomes - Serve as a subject matter expert for software quality automation, DevOps tooling, BTS quality, BDDU/BDDbot enablement, and platform integration - Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions across teams without direct authority Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field - Minimum 10 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, software quality automation, test automation tooling, or engineering productivity tooling - Strong experience designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks, pipelines, and internal tooling solutions - Demonstrated success leading technically complex initiatives across multiple teams, ARTs, or organizations - Experience with system-test enablement, quality measurement, test coverage analysis,
