Pharmacy Environment Pharmacy System: Propel Rx Approximately 180 prescriptions per day 4 Full-Time Pharmacy Assistants 3 days of pharmacist overlap each week Fully staffed front store with a collaborative and experienced team Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.



Provide exceptional patient care through medication counseling and clinical services. Ensure accurate dispensing and compliance with provincial regulations.

Mentor and support pharmacy staff while fostering a positive team culture. Maintain high standards of workflow efficiency and customer service. Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals within the community.

Qualifications Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in British Columbia. Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience is considered a strong asset. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Passion for delivering outstanding patient care. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced community pharmacy environment.
