Who you are

- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives

- Significant experience owning SaaS onboarding, activation, or product-led growth initiatives
- A robust understanding of customer journeys, funnels, behavioral data, experimentation, and growth metrics

- Demonstrated success improving activation, engagement, retention, or other key product outcomes through experimentation and iteration

- Experience partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional product experiences

- Strong product judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity while bringing structure and clarity to evolving problem spaces

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders across Product and Engineering

- Experience using AI tools to improve product discovery, delivery, analysis, or decision-making
- A builder mindset, you enjoy creating, testing, learning, and improving rather than maintaining the status quo

- Experience building onboarding or growth experiences for multi-product SaaS platforms

- Experience with product-led growth or customer lifecycle optimization

- Experience working in healthcare, HealthTech, or other regulated industries

- Experience building AI-enabled or automation-driven product experiences

- Experience influencing product strategy across multiple teams or product areas

What the job involves

- We're hiring a Staff Product Manager – Onboarding & Growth to help shape how practitioners discover, adopt, and realize value from Fullscript
- In this role, you'll own critical parts of the practitioner journey, from sign-up through first treatment plan and Assist activation,



identifying opportunities to improve onboarding, accelerate activation, and drive long-term engagement

- This is a senior individual contributor role with broad scope and high autonomy

- You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex customer problems, define growth strategies, and deliver measurable business impact

- You'll thrive in this role if you're energized by ambiguity, enjoy building from first principles, and love using experimentation to create exceptional customer experiences

- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for practitioner onboarding, activation, and early product adoption

- Own the end-to-end onboarding journey, from sign-up through first treatment plan and Assist activation, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and accelerate time to value

- Design and deliver product-led growth initiatives that improve activation, engagement, retention, and long-term adoption

- Identify key customer journey pain points and use experimentation, behavioral data, and customer insights to drive measurable improvements

- Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout discovery, delivery, and iteration

- Lead product discovery by translating ambiguous customer and business problems into clear priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans

- Define success metrics and use experimentation,



analytics, and customer feedback to continuously optimize the onboarding experience

- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to create a seamless customer journey across product and go-to-market touchpoints

- Influence product strategy beyond a single roadmap by connecting practitioner needs, business goals, and platform opportunities

- Leverage AI tools to improve product discovery, delivery, and decision-making, while partnering with AI-focused teams to thoughtfully incorporate AI-enabled experiences into practitioner onboarding
