- Conduct thorough training needs assessments
- Develop training processes alongside plant management
- Create and approve Standard Work Instructions
- Partner with experts to develop relevant content
- Develop metrics to provide insight on training effectiveness Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in training or operations
- Preferred CTDP certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of Intertek Alchemy tools is advantageous
