We are looking to add a night crew to our team at JAG Industries. JAG Industries is a custom miscellaneous metal and steel fabricator working both in the residential and commercial markets. We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment, are eager to develop their skills, and are committed to safety and excellence in every task.

Hours are 4 - 10 hour shifts (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Shifts start at 3:30pm.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and mechanical specifications to ensure accurate fabrication of components
- Paint/Prime steel
- Use hand tools
- Set up and operate cranes and forklifts safely to move materials, finished products, and heavy equipment within the shop floor
- Assist in assembly processes by fitting fabricated parts together according to specifications
- Conduct routine quality inspections to verify dimensions, surface finish,
and overall compliance with project requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Previous fabrication experience and knowledge of steel fabrication processes is an asset
- Motivated, reliable, and a self-starter
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments
- Proficient in operating hand tools
- Strong understanding of manufacturing safety standards and procedures
- WHMIS an asset
