Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Part time Store Associate with previous experience in the packaging industry. The successful candidate will assist customers, process orders, organize inventory, and support the daily operation of our store.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and help them select suitable packaging products
- Answer questions about boxes, bags, tape, bubble wrap, stretch film, and other packaging supplies
- Prepare and process customer orders accurately
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments
- Restock shelves and keep the store organized and presentable
- Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory
- Assist with loading and unloading customer orders
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email when required
- Support the warehouse and sales teams with other daily duties

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the packaging industry is required
- Retail, warehouse, or customer-service experience is an asset




- Valuable knowledge of packaging products and materials
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
- Reliable, organized, punctual, and able to work independently
- Able to lift and move boxes and packaging products safely
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

Schedule

- Part-time hours
- Weekday availability required
- Saturday availability may be required
