Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Mobile Phone Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing expert technical support, performing device repairs, and assisting customers in selecting the right mobile products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a passion for technology sales.

Bilingual abilities and experience in retail sales or merchandising are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and sales performance.

Duties

- Diagnose and repair a variety of mobile phones and related devices, ensuring high-quality service.
- Demonstrate product features and perform product demos to educate customers about the latest mobile technology.
- Assist customers with selecting devices, accessories, and service plans to meet their needs.
- Engage in upselling and suggest additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight new products and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering technical advice.




- Ensure all devices are tested thoroughly before returning them to customers and document repair details accurately.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with stock replenishment.

Skills

- Fluency in English to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette for customer interactions.
- Technical sales experience with a focus on mobile devices and accessories.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining features clearly.
- Retail sales experience with proficiency in merchandising, cashiering, and POS systems.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash flow.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Time management skills to prioritize duties effectively during busy periods.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and problem-solving mindset.
