What you'll do:
Our technicians are the heart of our service department and play a vital role in keeping farmers going.
Using our advanced diagnostic software, you will inspect, diagnose and repair our customers' equipment. By staying up to date on the latest technological advancements, you will be able to service equipment manufactured over multiple decades. This role consists of:
The maintenance and repair of our equipment
Servicing other lines of equipment if required
Maintaining a high level of efficiency and knowledge, you will keep up to date with the advancing technologies within the industry.
A versatile work arrangement that may have you working within the shop or in the field
Provide support to farmers to ensure they succeed during critical points of the season.
We operate in a cyclical workplace that requires extended hours during the farming season, including evenings and weekends, and participation in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
What you bring:
Strong mechanical inclination.
A focus on working accurately, safely and efficiently.
Robust attention to detail.
Intermediate computer skills.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions.
Experience working with farm equipment or in a shop environment would be considered an asset.
