Our client is a growing Distribution Company within consumer goods who’s looking to hire a talented Regional General Manager. This is an ON-SITE role that can be located the general Mississauga area. This is a fun, secure, and healthy company that has a family/team-centered culture.

General Manager (regional):
Must have solid experience in either Wholesale, Retail or 3PL operations
Must be bilingual in French/English
This is an on site role
Will be managing a region of a few distribution centers, each with it's own head of ops who oversees all aspects of operations from warehouse, to fleet, to sales, and so on
Experience managing multiple sites is preferable
Exposure to P&L;/budget management is highly desirable
Must be comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time




Salary likely $150k-$170k CAD + 30% bonus, car allowance, benefits, PTO
