Your responsibilities include installing systems, serving clients in office, and ensuring all aspects of AIMS are well supported, making excellent communication crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide robust support for AIMS applications
• Conduct AIMS software demonstrations for clients
• Manage customer-specific updates on AIMS systems
• Implement training and installation of AIMS systems
• Perform remote and onsite servicing as needed
Requirements:
• Robust communication skills are essential
• Must have a Class 5 BC Driver’s License
• 2+ years in customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
• Must be organized and skilled in multitasking
