Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead and inspire a high‑performing team, recruiting and developing talent to build a culture of excellence and engagement. You will also drive store performance by optimizing results, supporting brand growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspire and create a high‑performing, positive team culture.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and prioritize satisfaction.
- Monitor key metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and execute action plans.
- Recruit, attract, and develop talent with training and performance management.
- Manage inventory, compliance, and operational processes.
- Maintain an appealing store environment, align with visual merchandising standards.
- Apply creative solutions to challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Plan floor coverage, delegate and schedule staffing based on needs.
- Integrate omnichannel solutions to maximize sales and service.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of team management experience, ideally in fashion retail.
- Excellent communication and team mobilization skills.
- Adaptable and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational, planning and prioritization abilities.
- Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.




- Maintain performance and quality under pressure.
- Solid understanding of fashion industry and sense of style.
- Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work variable hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg) and use a step ladder up to 3 m (10 ft).
- High school diploma required.

Salary

$56,000 - $60,000 (rate may be greater based on relevant experience).
