Save A Lot Grocery Outlet is looking for an experienced, motivated Store Manager to lead our busy, fast-paced grocery outlet.

We are a high-volume liquidation grocery store where inventory changes constantly. This is a hands-on management position for someone who can lead from the front, keep employees productive and accountable, and ensure the store operates efficiently every day.

What We Offer

- Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train and motivate store employees
- Schedule and manage staff
- Delegate tasks and ensure they are completed
- Maintain excellent store standards
- Oversee stocking, merchandising and inventory flow
- Manage cash-handling procedures and daily operations
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Address employee performance issues when necessary
- Maintain a clean,



organized and safe workplace
- Work closely with ownership on store performance and improvements

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous retail management experience required
- Grocery or high-volume retail experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organized and accountable
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
- Hands-on leader who works alongside the team and leads by example
