What You’ll Be Doing

- Setting the Stage for Daily Excellence: Lead smooth opening and closing routines, ensuring our space is impeccably clean, welcoming, and fully prepped for busy rushes.
- Crafting Quality & Consistency: Take pride in serving consistently delicious coffee, specialty lattes, and signature drinks. You’ll be the champion of recipe precision and speed.
- Empowering & Coaching the Team: Guide and support our baristas with constructive energy. You’ll foster a collaborative, positive shift culture where everyone takes pride in their work.
- Keeping Operations Smooth: Manage stock levels, monitor smart ordering kiosks and POS flows, and ensure our ingredients are fresh, organized, and properly rotated (FIFO).
- Delivering Genuine Hospitality: Connect with our neighborhood guests, handle rushes with calm confidence, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

Who You Are

- An Experienced F&B; Professional: You have 1+ years of experience in a high-volume cafe, quick-service, or specialty beverage shop (supervisor or lead barista experience is a huge plus).
- A People-First Communicator:



You communicate clearly and warmly with team members and guests alike. Fluent English is required (bilingual Korean is an asset!).
- A Tech-Savvy Multitasker: You’re comfortable with modern POS/kiosk systems and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-Oriented & Reliable: You care about consistency, hygiene, and doing things right—even when the store gets busy.
- Certified & Ready: You hold a valid Ontario Food Handler Certificate (or are ready to obtain one before starting) and are legally authorized to work full-time in Canada.
