We are currently seeking strong, hands-on Supervisors to join our leadership team at our Tim Hortons location in Ajax, Ontario.

We are looking for experienced leaders who understand that excellence in hospitality starts with accountability, energy, and leading from the front.

This is not just a shift-running role — this is an opportunity to build, coach, and elevate a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Available Shifts

- Day Supervisor
- Afternoon Supervisor

(Flexible availability required including weekends)

Experience in a supervisory role is strongly preferred.

Tim Hortons experience is an asset, but strong food service leadership experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise team members during shift
- Drive exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Manage deployment, speed of service, and labor control




- Coach and develop team members in real-time
- Ensure food safety and operational compliance
- Open and/or close the restaurant independently
- Support inventory, waste control, and daily reporting
- Foster a positive, accountable team culture
