As a key leader for the CFPC, the Associate Director will guide accreditation and educational standards initiatives that impact resident training in Canada.
The role demands strong operational oversight and collaboration with accreditation and educational partners to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Success in this position hinges on building high-impact teams that create lasting change in medical education. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Accreditation and Educational Standards operational teams
- Oversee implementation of accreditation standards and policies
- Drive educational initiatives and curriculum development
- Collaborate effectively with educational and accreditation stakeholders
- Support planning and resource management in the portfolio Requirements:
- Master’s degree in relevant field, such as health administration
- Minimum of 10 years in progressive leadership roles
- Preferred experience in family medicine and accreditation processes
- Proven strengths in strategic thinking and collaboration
