Join CMPA as the Lead for AI Strategic Priority Implementation in Ottawa, Ontario, offering a hybrid work environment. This crucial role focuses on managing AI initiatives that empower Canadian physicians and enhance service delivery. Reporting to the Executive Director of Technology, Analytics & Privacy, you will spearhead complex projects aimed at integrating AI into everyday processes.

You will be responsible for governance, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with the CMPA’s strategic goals. Your strategic vision will drive productivity and member relevance through cutting-edge AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leadership to define program vision and outcomes
- Coordinate project charters, work plans,



and timelines
- Prepare risk management plans and monitor project risks
- Lead communication and change initiatives across the organization
- Chair cross-functional meetings to ensure integrated planning Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- At least 10 years of project management experience
- Experience leading enterprise-wide programs
- Strong stakeholder facilitation and change management skills
- Bilingualism is a benefit Drive AI innovation within the CMPA to enhance member services and foster collaboration.
