You will define best-in-class maintenance practices and oversee multiple maintenance disciplines, ensuring maximum uptime and asset health. This position emphasizes continuous improvement and the effective utilization of advanced technologies. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the maintenance discipline to ensure operational excellence
- Implement predictive maintenance technologies and lifecycle planning




- Ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory compliance
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement using KPIs
- Develop a comprehensive shutdown management framework

Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years in maintenance leadership
- Track record in enhancing asset reliability and uptime
- Familiarity with CMMS and predictive diagnostic tools
- Prior experience in a unionized setting
- Background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
